Yoga Travel organizes specialized yoga tours in the heart of Ukrainian Carpathians. The tour program includes personal or group yoga classes in the fresh air in the mountains, as well as additional activities (in winter - skiing, a wood-burning bath, vats, excursions and walks; in summer - hiking, swimming in the river, rafting, active outdoor games).

Classes are taught by the leading trainer Galina, who was trained in the Nepal ashram by the Himalayan Yoga Master. She individually approaches each, paying special attention to the needs for improvement.

“Yoga Travel” organizes an interesting and unforgettable leisure, during which you will relax your body and soul, reboot and return home full of energy and with burning eyes.

If you want to cleanse your thoughts and body, fill yourself with strength and energy to realize further goals, feel free to go on a yoga tour! Yoga Travel organizes specialized trips to the heart of Ukrainian Carpathians. The unity of emotional and bodily health, an individual approach, the competence of a teacher and the primitive nature of Himalayan yoga await you in every journey.

What is in the tour program?

Yoga tour is a great opportunity to spend time in a pleasant company of like-minded people, make new friends and restore vitality. Each tour is interesting, inspiring and active.

Daily yoga practices under the strict guidance of an experienced master will help you focus on the important, hear yourself and learn not to rush. This is your personal time so that every cell of the body is updated, and you gain new ideas, strengths and sensations.

Group classes are held in mini-groups of like-minded people. This is an opportunity to see yourself from the outside, to know your inner world through communication with others. If for your personal growth you are more impressed with privacy and conversations with the master directly, choose personal lessons.

A comfortable cottage in the city of Yaremche will be booked for accommodation. For the entire period of the tour, a balanced nutrition system is painted. In their free time, leisure activities will be organized (skiing, a wood-burning bath, vats, excursions and walks are planned in the winter; hiking, swimming in the river, rafting, interesting outdoor games in the summer).

Who conducts the classes?

With "Yoga Travel" you will receive knowledge of yoga directly from the original source. Leading trainer Galina studied in the Nepal in an ashram under the Himalayan Yoga Master.

In each lesson, attention is paid to psycho-emotional calm, healthy back and joints, concentration and energy distribution in all areas of life.

Who is it for?

Personal and group yoga classes in seclusion with nature are suitable for those who want to stop, relax and completely reboot. There are no age restrictions and requirements for the level of physical fitness.

Before the start of individual training, a diagnosis of the condition of the spine and the body as a whole will be carried out, followed by the selection of special exercises for healing the body. Fresh mountain air and the beauty of the Carpathians will contribute to relaxation and enjoyment from classes.

If the fixed dates of the tours are not suitable for you, by prior agreement, from May to November, additional trips can be held for you.
